Steve Siddon

Steve brings decades of hands-on experience in water and wastewater operations, including work as a utilities superintendent and contract operator.

Through Valley Water Solutions, Inc., he helps Northern New York facility owners and operators work through practical challenges, prepare for startups, and manage changes in operating staff.

His focus today is on consulting, defined projects, and temporary support—with an emphasis on clear procedures, useful documentation, and sharing the knowledge an incoming operator needs.
